These Terms explain the basic rules for using Reconnect. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these Terms.
Reconnect suggests small real-world plans, nearby places, and time windows that may help you practice focus, novelty, connection, movement, and motivation. The brain-science content is educational and should not be treated as a personalized medical or mental-health assessment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account from the Profile screen. Deleting your account atomically removes Reconnect's linked account, synced progress, Calendar connection, first-party telemetry and diagnostics, and any server-only Apple revocation credential. For Apple sign-in accounts, Reconnect attempts authorization revocation first. If a legacy credential is missing or Apple revocation fails, Reconnect still deletes its own data and provides Apple's manual permission-removal steps.
Reconnect's daily practice remains free. Optional Premium membership in the iPhone app adds guided journeys and personal weekly plans. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation sheet show the price, currency and billing period before you pay. Apple processes the payment through your Apple Account.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase. Deleting the app or your Reconnect account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
When offered, Founding Member lifetime access is a one-time purchase for guided journeys and personal weekly plans in Reconnect. It does not renew and does not include future AI services. Any limited offer's closing date will be shown before purchase. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; cancel that subscription's renewal separately.
Premium access belongs to the Apple Account used to purchase it, independently of your Reconnect sign-in. Restore purchases in Membership to recover eligible access on another supported iPhone using that Apple Account. Web access is not included. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's policies and your applicable consumer rights.
Some features depend on third-party services, including Supabase for accounts, Google Calendar for free/busy availability if you connect it, and Google Places for nearby spots. Google Maps content is governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google's Privacy Policy. Those services may change or be unavailable, and Reconnect may limit or disable features to protect reliability, privacy, or cost.
Reconnect is an early product and may change over time. Features may be added, removed, interrupted, or adjusted. We will try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every suggestion, place, or calendar slot will be accurate or available.
Reconnect is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reconnect and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on app suggestions.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete your data.
If we update these Terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Reconnect after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
